Cookie Statement — Webshopmarket.com

Version: 20 July 2026

This cookie statement explains which cookies and similar technologies AK OPERATIONS B.V. may use on Webshopmarket.com and its associated domains, subdomains and web applications. In this document, the term "cookies" also covers similar technologies such as pixels, local storage, session storage, SDKs, tags and scripts.

2.1 What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files or similar technologies that allow information to be placed on or read from a device. Cookies may be necessary for the technical operation of the Platform but may also be used for preferences, analytics, personalisation, marketing or security.

2.2 What types of cookies do we use?

Necessary cookies: required for basic functions such as security, session management, login, load balancing, fraud prevention, cookie preferences, forms and payment. Without these cookies, the Platform does not function properly. No prior consent required to the extent strictly necessary.

Preference cookies: remembering choices such as language, region, account preferences or cookie settings. Consent required if not strictly necessary.

Analytical cookies: measuring use, performance, error messages and improvement of the Platform. No consent required for limited privacy-friendly analytics; consent required if analytics are not limited privacy-friendly or enable tracking.

Marketing and tracking cookies: measuring campaigns, remarketing, advertising profiles, conversions and tracking across websites. Prior consent always required, unless a statutory exception applies.

Social media and external content cookies: displaying external content, videos, maps, social media functions or share buttons. Consent required if cookies or tracking are placed or read by third parties.

2.3 Cookie banner and consent

Where consent is required, AK OPERATIONS will only place the relevant cookies after the user has given consent via the cookie banner or the cookie preference centre. Consent must be freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous. A user may refuse or subsequently withdraw consent without this affecting access to strictly necessary functions of the Platform.

The cookie banner must offer at least an equivalent choice between accepting and refusing non-necessary cookies. Pre-ticked boxes or implied consent are not used for cookies requiring consent.

2.4 Changing cookie preferences

Users may change their cookie preferences via [link to be provided by developer]. Users may also delete or block cookies via their browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may result in certain functions of the Platform not working or not working properly.

2.5 Third parties

Some cookies may be placed or read by third parties, for example for hosting, security, analytics, consent management, payment, video display, maps, social media or marketing. Third parties may apply their own privacy and cookie conditions. The current overview of third parties must be included in the cookie information overview.

2.6 Users may not place their own tracking

Users may not place or have placed their own tracking technologies, pixels, scripts, cookies or similar technologies via the Platform without the prior written consent of AK OPERATIONS. This applies in particular to tracking in listings, images, external embeds, data room documentation or communications via the Platform.

2.7 Changes

AK OPERATIONS may amend this cookie statement when cookies, technologies, suppliers, purposes or legislation change. The current version is published on the Platform.
